Delivery within Ukraine

  1. Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by "Nova Poshta" company to a post office or address. The delivery cost is paid by the client upon receipt according to the carrier's tariffs. We process orders after full payment or a 50% prepayment with cash on delivery at the post office (please note, Nova Poshta commission is 2% + 20 UAH).
    When placing an order with cash on delivery, in case of refusal of the goods upon receipt at the "Nova Poshta" branch, all expenses related to the return of the parcel are borne by the buyer (including delivery costs and cash on delivery commission), except in cases where the item received was incorrect.
  2. Urgent delivery by taxi courier service in Kyiv is possible, the tariff is calculated individually.
  3. Delivery time for orders - if the item is in stock on the day of order or the next day.

International Delivery

  1. Deliveries are carried out by "Ukrposhta", "Nova Poshta" or "EMS" services to any country in the world except the aggressor countries of the Russian Federation and Belarus.
  2. You can place an order on the website or by inquiry via Instagram Direct / Viber / Telegram / Whatsapp.
  3. Important‼️ The exact delivery cost will be known after placing the order, as it depends on many factors: country, region, weight, packaging, terms. By default, when placing an order, the minimum cost of standard postal delivery is set, which depends on the recipient's country. If you want to change the delivery method to express courier delivery, please inform us when confirming your order with the manager, and we will inform you of the updated delivery amount according to the current tariffs and carrier conditions. The standard postal delivery time varies depending on the country. On average, delivery takes 12-15 business days. The final delivery cost directly depends on the volumetric and actual weight of the order. A manager will contact you to clarify the delivery cost.
