Before making a purchase, please read the terms of the agreement:

Public Offer

  1. The information posted on the Online Store's website is a public offer in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. Acceptance is the placement of an order.
  2. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the terms of the offer.
  3. The product is presented in the catalog with photo samples, which are the property of the MLN Online Store.
  4. In case of insufficient information for decision-making, the manager will provide it by phone or email.
  5. The price on the website may be changed unilaterally by the Online Store.
  6. If the price is changed after the order, the Buyer will be notified to confirm or cancel.

Procedure for purchasing goods

  1. An order can be placed on the website, by phone, email, or through social networks.
  2. The Buyer can purchase any quantity of goods presented on the website.
  3. If the product is out of stock, the Buyer will be notified by the manager via phone, social networks, or email.
  4. If the product is unavailable, the Buyer can replace it, refuse the purchase, or cancel the order.
  5. The Buyer can refuse the purchase before the goods are shipped.

Delivery and transfer of goods

  1. Shipment is made within one to two business days after order confirmation.
  2. If the order is refused upon delivery, the Buyer pays for the return shipping costs.
  3. The Online Store compensates for costs if the product does not meet the quality, quantity, or assortment.

Other conditions

  1. The store reserves the right to change the assortment, regulate access to purchase, and suspend the sale of goods at its discretion.
  2. The agreement is valid as published on the website and is interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
